My experience with purchasing Office365 from you has been incredibly disappointing. I sent multiple emails to the support team because I cannot log in with the provided credentials. I haven't seen any phone or chat support on this platform since I raised my complaint via email. This has been my worst purchase here; although it was a low-cost item, customer support is crucial. Selling a product that is unusable for customers serves no purpose.
