However, while attempting to activate the product via telephone,the Microsoft support team provided a link to enter the installation ID. Upon entering the installation ID, we received an error message stating:“Unfortunately, we cannot complete the transaction as our records do not recognize this as a valid product.”To access the Help window, it shows that this product is already installed on another system. Also, you have provided the same license key for our previous purchase order (Order ID: 206488). Kindly check and provide a valid licence key.Kindly look into this issue and assist us in resolving the activation problem at the earliest.
