I previously bought a similar item, but unfortunately, it has stopped functioning. I had no choice but to purchase the same product again. Additionally, I couldn't find any way to express my concerns. It would be greatly appreciated if the earlier product could be reactivated, as it was advertised to come with a lifetime license.
