I'm a first time buyer and was really apprehensive about the process to apply for a mortgage and what I should be looking for but Carl handled everything and was really understanding with any questions I had. I'm giving 4 rather than 5 stars because I think their inter-department communication could be improved slightly.For example, when I closed the deal on my property I was told someone would reach out to me about the final payment. Since then someone else did reach out about a different topic and a reminder to pay the final fees but when I asked where I'm paying them in too I've not received any updates.But this factor shouldn't stop you from going to Acumen, overall they were absolutely brilliant.
