Absolutely awful from start to finish. Paul hadn’t a clue what he was doing and very nearly signed me up to a 5yr deal despite me asking for 2yrs. I started the process in Early Oct in order to have a remortgage in place before my deal ended in Jan. They failed to do this and I have to make a payment on the variable rate to the tune of an EXTRA £1000 on top of my usual payment. I was also told ‘don’t worry about the payment’ obviously I have to worry of if I am paying it! A real shame as the last time I used them they were good. Avoid Paul and Louis in Manchester
