Experience was ok over all I just wish that communication was better. I’ve sent email- no answer. I’ve rang them - no call back.We eneded up getting a deal for 5 years instead of 3 which is ok ish but just wish that we could actually see the letter of offer before from the mortage advisor like we did with Better.co Dawn that works there is just very miserable and she should work on her customer service because if I was to rate it it would be 0. Overall was ok They’ve sorted it but I wish communication was better.
