The mortgage advisor we were working with was knowledgable and managed to get our mortgage offer approved. However, the communication was very poor. As first time buyers, it was a very challenging time. When we had questions or concerns, I feel they weren’t answered and almost felt ignored. Although we addressed this issue, it was brushed under the carpet. I wouldn’t recommend any first time buyer to use Acumen.
