Received what I ordered, put (2) new AA lithium batteries in as mentioned in the instructions if outside use was where the sensor would stay at temperatures could vary into freezing (Iowa). it started right up and my old indoors monitor started showing the outside temp👍. Shipping wasn’t cheap, but that’s the price of doing business online, shipping has to get paid some how. It works well and I’m pleased. Better than purchasing an entire new system. 👍😎
