Boiler apparently needs new pump but because cost is over £400 on Gold Service this is not covered so it turns out I've been paying £300 for my annual services
Yes it's tucked away in the online brochure about this price cap but website shows no indication as to terms and conditions that apply to cover plans only No Excess No call charge Parts and Labour included
I can't imagine there are many repairs that actually get below £400 so this gold plan is totally mot fit for purpose
