Complaint to Adair Paxton Good afternoon I would like to put in complaint about one of your commercial sale person called Alfie Stevens-Neale at the Adair Paxton Leeds branch, his conduct, customer service and communication to our organisation have been very poor, rude, there has been delay for over 2 months, there is follow up to our organisation, Alfie refuses to communicate to us like a professional on the phone but send our organisation to and fro email, he has described our organisation as "nuisance"because of his slip up errors and mistakes right from viewing the 175sq ft office 8, unit 7, Alfie confirmed to me verbally twice and even clearly written on the advert that the landlord will be provided as part of the benefits " buzzer entry system in our office 8", and after I was able to proof him wrong he has been throwing unnecessary email instead of him to realise his mistakes and error and apologies, we have now moved in the office 8 but the treatment recieved from Alfie of Adair Paxton is surprising, disappointing, rude and unprofessional, Alfie have assumed our organisation and our volunteers/guest are nuisance etc, and why should our organisation be recieving such treatment because of leasing this commercial property for 3 year at this early stage, our community is offended of Alfie language of messages to our organisation because we are a BAME Afrocarribbean community interest company, we are not trouble maker, we are a community fully engaged in supporting families and young children who are unable to afford 3 Square meal. The Nigerian Yorkshire Communities Network UK CIC Group have recieved a poor service at the beginning of this lease agreement from one of Adair Paxton's staff and we will be forwarding all his email messages to the commercial agencies standard and regulator. We have come in good business faith to do our business in the advertised office space but the treatment recieved is poor, degrading and demeaning of our community group because we are a minority group with less lease agree rent for the 3 year compared to big budget organisation of Adair Paxton as a client, and that is the treatment and it is disappointing and unacceptable. Alfie need more professional and people's management training and customer service and would like the Adair Paxton complaints department to address treatment recieved from one its staff to avoid such impact our new relationship at the start of the lease and future and recommendation to other organisations which will be affected.
