MAJOR SECURITY issues!!! I question their practices of openly allowing scammers to flood their site

MAJOR SECURITY issues!!! I question their practices of openly allowing scammers to flood their site just to keep their user counts up for their investors. When they are notified of it, YOU get suspended and the scam account is untouched. Is this ok with any of you?

I used A4A’s website back in the mid 2000’s and the platform’s design has NEVER been upgraded. It is exactly the same as it was 20 years ago. Primitive as hell.

As far as the Users go… there are very limited real users. The rest are all LONGHAUL scammers meaning they are trained to get you through the long haul and will do anything to retain you until they get what they want from you.

Example: Someone tried to tell me they were the Prince of Dubai, backed it up with photos, all the press on him, social media, and then he video called me as a way to try and be “forward” in hopes I’d believe him.

1st photo was different than the rest. Close but definitely not him. Video also didn’t look like picture 1- 25 and it was blurry. He knew the birthday of the real Prince’s 3 yo son and tried to convince me to send him a bday present of an Apple gift card.

Keep in mind, I’ve researched “Dubai Prince Scam” probably 20 minutes after we started talking. I printed out the whole scams operations… then highlighted what was already done to “prove” his authenticity. Didn’t let him know I was literally casing him and documenting everything.

Every single thing on the printout was highlighted by the time I turned him in. The Iran War even broke out, Dubai was hit… so was Abu Dhabi… and the Ministry of Defense (HIM) made a statement. Asked him what was going on there and used his statement as a “hey I heard that…” and he had NO IDEA. Hahaha.

This long haul was 3 days. It was reported on the 4th day with evidence submitted not only to them… but the police (my fatal mistake) and told A4A who was copied on it (even stupider) Within 10 minutes my account was deleted. When I tried to reopen under any email address even new gmail ones… I was always denied.

So what does all of it lend itself to? A4A knows of this activity, knows we are doing the work they need to be doing, then “getting rid of the problem” which is US.

Does A4A sponsor our gay military? Because 8 out of 10 people who DM’d me during those 3 days all ended up a military guy “stationed overseas in “XXXX” on a peacekeeping mission.”

I would delete all personal info before deleting the account then the app. Keep in mind the competition and the alternatives. Grindr is just as tainted. Scruff is getting there. Archer, Hinge and Olive do not seem to have any security issues and if so, very minimal. All three of these apps are congruent to A4A so I hope you all make the jump for your security’s and safety. One of us if not more will fall for one of these long haulers and that’s one too many TBH.
