Not sure what started the trail to Adam's programs, but I was in rough place looking for some new answers. I'm in my 50s, and I've had great success professionally and have amazing friendships and family. I was at my breaking point and exhausted from giving too much and not getting what I needed repeatedly. I had a long term failed marriage where I learned the hard way about toxic people and gave myself time and deep work to heal for several years before trying again. After 6 years into a relationship with a great man (who I now know is ethically avoidant) we were facing issues I didn't understand or able to resolve despite our best efforts.I started small watching Adam's YouTube videos. I've been to therapy, and marriage counseling for years. I've done so much personal development over decades. I'd never heard or learned about attachment styles, but I quickly learned how it impacts all your relationships, and most importantly you! I then bought the two bootcamp courses because I realized I was with an avoidant man and wanted to increase my abilities to overcome my own attachment style. Incredible programs! I decided I needed more individual help to unravel my issues and become the best version of myself even if it meant shedding my current relationship (which I truly did not want to leave). Little did I know that investing in myself and crossing paths with Adam's work and Alyssa 1:1 would change my life quickly in the best possible and astounding way. I'm in week 8 of the 1:1 bi-weekly coaching, and everything has shifted for me. Alyssa is sweet, caring, generous, and brilliant at what she does. She saw that I had quiet disorganized attachment and helped me really understand deeply why and how. We immediately tackled the root cause of regulating myself in a way that fit me. She directed me to Adam's videos on quiet disorganized women, and I wept through them in week 1. No one has ever seen me and described me internally, but Adam and Alyssa nailed it. It's been life changing, and my relationship has transformed in front of my eyes in just a few weeks. I am SO much calmer and happy across my life. Learning about attachment in a healthy way for yourself is truly the missing piece in healing forward and becoming the best version of you which is mirrored in all your relationships. Yes it's an investment. Worth every bit and more. I spent way more in therapy over the years and not had results like this. This is the real deal. Life is too short to keep repeating mistakes, and now you have an incredible expert professional team that gets it, is protective, caring, understands you and will guide you in a way that works for you. One comment on the group coaching is that the first few weeks it was overwhelming with the structure in place, but Adam and team proactively made swift adjustments. I now love the Adam foundation talks and Alyssa’s weekly women's groups. I keep learning and growing. Huge light bulbs continue to go off! The bi-weekly 1:1s are something I look forward to and am so grateful to Alyssa for the incredible direction my life has already changed. I wish I had known this 25 years ago, but it’s never too late, and I am eternally grateful to Alyssa, Adam and Lukas (who said Alyssa would be perfect for me and she is!). Thank you for your gifts to heal humanity through earned secure relationships. If you are on the fence and need a nudge, jump over, invest in yourself, and watch your life change.
