I have used Adams Tax forms kits for years with no problems. So, in order to meet the new IRS eletronic filing rule, I decided to use them to efile W-2s this year. What an absolute disaster! Their system is slow, clunky, not user friendly and continuously crashes. I had no luck importing information from prior years, and entering a W-2 takes anywhere from 20-30 minutes if you're lucky! So far, I have invested a week attempting to complete a task that should have taken an afternoon. To say I am angry and frustrated is an understatement. I will not be using Adams Tax again. If you are looking for an efile solution for W-2s, look elsewhere.
