I appreciate that they provide a lot of resources to study and practice for the exams. However, there were endless grammar errors in the questions, which mostly created more confusion about the content. A lot of the practice questions had fundamental issues. The site provides a way to raise these issues, but they never get responses - or the ones that get responses with promises to fix the issues never actually get resolved (you can see issues raised from years ago with a staff responses promising to update the questions, but they questions are still the same when reviewed presently).Then, there's the customer support you contact via email. I mostly communicated with the Client Success Manager - Ava. This person would often take a rude tone in her emails, almost like she felt you were interrupting her day. If your job is to provide support to your customers, you shouldn't make it seem like it's such a chore to help/guide them when they need it. For what I paid for this service, I am quite disappointed with the experience.
