I had stated the day after my package was delivered that it was sent to the wrong address. You guys told me to take it up with USPS instead of offering to replace the package. Like why do I have to make those steps??? May apparent complex is not easy to navagate. Someone else definitely got my package. I put my address and they didn’t send it here. I will not be ordering again from here your customer service is worthless. Eli was the customer service rep who refused to help me in any other way besides call USPS they said it was delivered.
