I Have been emailing and cancelling my account since March 2023, since then they have been taking funds out my account although they can clearly see that it has not been used. They now are just offering to pay back a few months, instead, they just took out yet again 4 payments instead of refunding ! THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN NOW CANCELLED 3 X!!!
