Poor customer service. Quite disorganised. Not clear on the phone as to what documents to bring. Even when I discussed the issue with the solicitor he was dismissive of what I was saying. I have now had my situation reviewed by another solicitor who has been far friendlier and honest. I was misled by the high number of positive reviews for Addison Khan.
