We were looking for a specific reservation that just wasn't available. A few days out (when everyone starts to cancel to avoid fees) we had to make some adjustments, but the desired reservation still wasn't listed on the app. About 10 minuted later I get an email from Disney saying the reservation was booked. a Minute later came the confirmation from Add More Magic.
