The initial experience was promising with friendly staff and quick setup. Google ads were activated within a week, and integration with our website was completed. However, things deteriorated afterward. We struggled to cover our ad costs, incorrect products were listed, and another organization's email was mistakenly linked to our account, compromising security. After three weeks, I had to cease their services, having spent nearly £1000 while only generating about £100 in sales, leading to a significant loss during the holiday season. Though the staff were nice, we cannot recommend them due to the security breach and substantial losses.
