I have been using the workbook for about a month now and I think I never realised how much I love being guided. I start so many note books that get abandoned because I don't know where to go with it, but I love the layout of this one. I do enjoy the combination of information but freedom to fill it out as well, I often forget how much I'm holding in my head until I get it out. I also love a challenge so that was really lovely - like taskmaster but for helping your brain. It was just a nice moment for me to check in with myself each week.
