I paid Adept Ghostwriting (Los Angeles, CA) $5,000 for writing and coaching services that were never delivered as promised. After significant follow-up, the company acknowledged the refund in writing, confirmed the amount and the deadline (April 4, 2025), but as of today, they have not refunded the money.Despite my numerous reminders, they have gone completely silent. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which closed the case after Adept Ghostwriting failed to respond at all.This is not only unprofessional but deeply unethical. I strongly urge others to avoid this company and protect themselves from financial and emotional distress. I remain open to resolving this if they honour their refund commitment.
