But eventually when I received the item, it was late for a couple of days and the moment I've received the item, the upstairs full gantry part, which keeps the food warm that was missing. So I have reported this, and they said they will be back and contact me in 72 hours. It's a nearly A week now I haven't heard anything so I'm still waiting. once I have received an update and received my missing part of my order then I will see too to change my a review on accordingly.
