Placed an order for a fridge. Item arrived with substantial damage. Was offered £20 discount to keep item. Item so badly damaged it would not even fit in the aperture for the fridge. Sent many photographs. Asked for refund under Consumer Rights Act and for them to collect damaged fridge. Have been ignored. Now initiating chargeback on credit card. What a mess about.
