I was denied a refund after unknowingly signing up for a monthly subscription without prior notification. The response I received claimed that the subscription details were clearly stated, which was not true. I missed an unmentioned 48-hour refund window that was not indicated on the website. Please avoid the $1 fee, as it is actually a disguised $30 charge that will keep recurring unless you happen to realize you’ve been signed up monthly. Extremely unfair and feels like a scam... don't waste your time.
