The response I received from the support team stated that the subscription details were clearly explained, but this was far from true. I missed a supposed 48-hour refund window that was never mentioned on the platform. Be cautious with the $1 fee, as it is actually a $30 charge in disguise and will keep being billed unless you accidentally discover that you’ve been signed up for monthly payments. This experience feels extremely unfair and quite scammy... don't waste your time.
