Here's the reality: While the costs can be steep, the benefits are undeniable. I wouldn’t readily share with friends or family about the monthly fees for online group work. However, the truth is that many people may not grasp the challenges we face, and thus won't understand the solutions. This is one of the crucial tools that has proven beneficial for many, including myself. Since joining on January 18, 2025, I realized how alone I felt before these sessions. Being part of this community has offered the support I desperately needed. We often plan, reflect, and even share joyful moments together. Although it took time to adjust to the rhythm of the sessions, connecting more with the community has significantly improved my experience. Yes, it can be costly, but reflecting on nearly a year of participation, I feel that the focus sessions have empowered me to be more present and productive. This space has become a catalyst for my continued growth, and I hope it serves the same purpose for others facing unique challenges.
