I’m very grateful for ADHD Vision and the focus-session community. As an entrepreneur with flexible (and sometimes unusual) working hours — late at night, early morning, or weekends — it’s easy to lose momentum when I’m working alone. What ADHD Vision gives me is exactly what I need: structure, support, and a group energy that keeps me going. The biggest advantage for me is being able to join a focus session at any hour and immediately feel connected to others who are also showing up and doing their work. There is something very encouraging about seeing a group of people all focused together — it feels like running with a small, motivated team. It actually reminds me a bit of a group of huskies running in sync — in the best way: strong, united, each one moving forward with shared energy. Another thing I really appreciate is the atmosphere the coaches create. There are special sessions facilitated by certified coaches who understand and/or live with ADHD themselves. They are genuinely kind, warm, engaging, and fun. Between the sessions, they make the environment feel light, safe, and human — which is exactly what someone with ADHD needs. It’s not just productivity; it’s community. The course itself — along with all the educational material and expert calls — is incredibly insightful. It has helped me understand how to work with my brain in a way that feels effective and empowering.Since joining, I’ve noticed real improvements: fewer “lost hours,” easier transitions into work, and a sense of accountability that supports me even when my schedule is all over the place.I highly recommend ADHD Vision to anyone who works with irregular hours or struggles with staying focused alone. The combination of structure, human connection, and encouragement truly makes a difference. Special thanks to Nik, all the coaches, and all the focus fellows.
