House managers, who operating as a personally influenced people coordinator (prison guard/micromanager) rather than respecting and approaching us as adults who sometimes make mistakes, we are hit with vague contractual requests that has now got multiple ways that it could be recieved to allow that person to pcik and choose how to apply the rule differently with different guardians. Offering the opportunity to move in as a favour that is owed later, when that is the result of signing the contract. We're seen with the potential, that, you do one thing wrong and you'll never get the respect you were shown at viewing again.
I have been following rules for 2 years and gaining clarity over my responsibilities as a guardian, and my house manager doesn't like me because i ask, for clarity over the expectations of adhoc, why they have asked me not to do something. I am not given an explanation or even a message to help me understand. Instead now, i am being intentionally left out of the loop on changes within the property while being served my 28days. I have evidence and timelines, on the discrimination of guardians that have been living here and the increase in direct action of discrimination based on personal feelings rather than the spirit of the policies in place. Since they started operating, we as Guardians worked hard because no maintenance or works were pushed through in the first 3months. As Guardians we cleared the state that was left by te owner with no recognition and resentment by house manager.
Suddenly the house manager who has hardly been involved and around to learn the amazing work individually motivated of the guardians, has increased the number of appearances and is pushing weight of their position around. The number of unexpected hurtful actions taken by a specific member of staff has increased rapidly since the news of the sale of the building. In the time of process, only now has that individual started to appear to show up more but it feels too little too late and not being clear with everyone about the current state of affairs is disrespectful.
I HAVE WORKED HARD AND WISH TO DEVOTE MY LIFE TO THIS PROPERTY AND BEING A GUARDIAN, NOT JUST AS A JOB OR CONTRACT TO EARN FOR SOMETHING ELSE.
