There was nothing wrong with the service, the shop and everything was done very efficiently, including the delivery, installations (except for missing non-slip feet as we have wooden floors). The mattress is good, but really needed a mattress topper to deal with my pain. My main complaint is that the control doesn't light up, although the packaging indicated this. The sheets provided didn't have enough depth with the mattress topper as well. They only just fitted over the mattress provided. My husband is a fan of the pillows. I need thinner ones!I love the angles you can have, the memory and the 'gentle vibration'. I certainly sleep a lot better on it than I did my previous bed. I would definitely stay with adjustamatic.
