i bought my bed from them and never been happy with it but carried on with it ,today i e mailed to see if my bed could be loweed,one hundred and eighty call out fee and fifteen pounds for every fifteen min after,i thought this was expencive and i dont have that kind of money and i explained they should tell customers this when buying,but they told me it was in the small print which at 80 years old i hadnt looked,so forwarded all paper work to trading standers to see if i had missed it,so people should be aware as after useing savings to buy a very expencive bed,theres not a lot left for things that go wrong
