He handled the matter promptly and professionally, and my account is now fully closed with no further issues.While the situation was frustrating at first, I genuinely appreciate how ADKOS took responsibility and worked quickly to correct it. It’s good to see a company stand behind its integrity and make things right.ORIGINAL POST:I stored my vehicle with ADKOS years ago and had a great experience at that time. Unfortunately, that positive impression has been completely erased. Within the past three weeks, I’ve had seven unauthorized withdrawals totaling nearly $1,600 taken from my bank account by this company — years after my business with them ended.These deductions are currently without authorization or consent. This is unacceptable and deeply concerning, especially for a company that handles customers’ personal and financial information.
