Their website is riddled with bugs, and they continue to increase their commission rates.Every call to customer support feels like a nightmare, with issues taking weeks—sometimes even months—to be resolved. The login process is unnecessarily complicated, requiring a 2FA code for every action, and you can’t even log in on the first attempt—it only works on the second try.To make matters worse, their admin dashboard is outdated, clunky, and inefficient. Overall, using Booking.com as a platform is more of a struggle than it should be.
