They answered my questions quickly, clearly, and handled any inconsistencies or requests professionally and fairly. From a customer service perspective, this was a very positive experience.As for the bike itself, it feels powerful, solid, and well built. The motor performance is great, the bike rides smoothly, and everything works as it should. You can really feel the quality of the materials and the overall construction. It gives a strong and reliable impression, and riding it is genuinely enjoyable.That said, there are a few minor points worth mentioning. Personally, I miss the turn signals, which are mentioned on the product page but are not present on my bike. This was a bit disappointing and confusing, even though it does not affect the core riding experience.The mobile app was also a bit uncooperative at the beginning, but after the initial setup, everything started working properly. Now the app runs smoothly and offers a lot of useful settings and detailed information about the bike, which I really appreciate.Overall, I am very happy with the ADO Air 20 Ultra. Despite a few small issues, it is a strong, high-quality e-bike, backed by excellent customer support, which makes a big difference. I can definitely recommend it.
