First box arrived with the fragrance bottles loose inside the box and one was smashed, packaging is pretty poor for glass items, no padding/bubble wrap or anything between the glass products and the thin cardboard box. Customer services sent me a new box out within a few days, this one also arrived with the fragrance bottles loose but none were broken this time. I have just cleaned my kitchen with Sandalmist and while the scent is nice it is soooo weak i could hardly smell it even whilst doing my cleaning. Very disappointed, i was expecting my room to smell lovely for a few hours after cleaning it but there is no smell at all. Shame, if the scents were much stronger i'd have been likely to subscribe.
