Very bad experience and a huge disappointment.
I purchased a used camera from Adorama with a very high rating, listed in very good condition. However, when it arrived, the equipment was completely unusable: it does not read memory cards (so it cannot record) and the SDI video output does not work (so it cannot send any signal). In other words, it fails at its most basic functions.
What is even more concerning is that Adorama does not provide a fair solution to this issue. The options offered do not take into account the real damage caused, especially in an international purchase where additional costs are involved.
I always trusted and chose Adorama over other stores, but this experience proved otherwise.
Completely disappointed.
