Dispute of charges from Amazon/AdoramaOn 7/9/25 I placed an order for a OM System 40-150mm F4.0 Zoom lens on Amazon sold by Adorama. I reviewed the specifications on both the Amazon and Adorama sites prior to purchase to determine the lens would include image stabilization and a manual focus clutch which are both critical to my use. The specs in the advertisements on Amazon and Adorama indicated these features were included and the order was place. The OM camera system is a new system offered and I had the camera body also on order but it was delayed due to availability. The lens was received however the camera body was not received until August 30th at which time I opened the lens to discover it had neither image stabilization nor a manual focus clutch as advertised by Amazon and Adorama. I had no way to test the lens prior to 9/1/25. I immediately contacted Amazon on 9/1/25 and was told the return window had closed and my only recourse was to reach out to Adorama which I did on September 1st. Adorama acknowledged the incorrect specifications, however to date they continue to say it is being reviewed by management with no resolution. I simply want to return the unused lens for a refund and purchase a lens with the correct specs for our use. We are being delayed for no reason and I have documented all communication which is attached for review. The bottom line is the supplier is refusing to provide a means to return the improper lens. I purchased the lens in good faith relying on the advertised specifications which were wrong and there should be some flexibility in the return window with the circumstances.Thank you for your help,Thomas Lytton
