The two pairs of shoes I bought looked the same as on the website, but they did not have enough arch support for me and they slopped off my heels at the back. When I wrote and asked for a refund, I was told I had to cover the shipping costs back to Asia, which would amount to between $50 - 80NZ. Even though the Adore website states that buyers have to cover the shipping costs for returned goods, it doesn't state anywhere that the products have to be shipped back to Asia. There is no 'full disclosure'. For this reason, I would not buy anything else from this website.
