Purchased item was cheap but does not work- purchased 8TB portable SSD external hard drive. Plugging it in, it shows 8TB of disc space.... but when I copied data over to it, the copying process seems to be working, but no files are actually written.Good value if it worked; wasted money as it doesn't and I can't seem to find any formal route to return the item.
