I'll try to be brief, but from what I've read, some people have experienced the same situation my husband and I did at the Adore Cosmetics store in the mall in Braintree. I'm not talking about the products, which seem to be very good, despite the very high price. However, we were extremely embarrassed, feeling coerced by the sellers who practically wanted to force us to buy the products, and I almost didn't call the police. We definitely felt like hostages inside the store. That situation completely ruined my and my husband's trip. One of the salespeople became rude when he realized that I was using my cell phone to research the store and products. They took my husband's credit card and ID to make the payment and only gave it back after we got up and insisted that they give it back. We are suspicious of this attitude and decided to block our cards. Honestly, I took the products, but I completely lost the desire to use them. So, what I recommend is that you buy online, or enter the store accompanied by a security guard, so that you don't end up in the same situation that I went through.
