I ordered jeans from this store because the website advertises a “30-day satisfaction guarantee.” Unfortunately the item didn’t fit, and when I contacted customer service about a return they said I would have to ship it to an overseas warehouse in Asia at my own expense. International return shipping would cost nearly as much as the item itself. Instead of honoring a normal return, they offered me 5% and then 10% of the purchase price to keep the item. This makes the advertised return guarantee very misleading. If this is not resolved, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card provider and filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. Buyers should be cautious before ordering
