Total rip-off.Customer service is very hard to reach, and refunds are not easy. I paid $46 and only got about $8 back. Returning the item would’ve cost the same or more than what I paid, and they do not cover return shipping.You’re honestly better off shopping at SHEIN, Fashion Nova, or PrettyLittleThing — just not this website.
