Deceptive Business Practices

AdorellaFashion advertises a return policy, but important limitations are not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. After receiving the items and finding they did not fit, I requested a return and was informed that all returns must be shipped to a warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense, which can involve significant international shipping costs.When I raised concerns about this, I was offered a 15% refund and told this was their final offer. No prepaid return option or reasonable alternative was provided.Requiring customers to pay high international return shipping that is not clearly explained upfront makes the return policy ineffective in practice. I would not have made this purchase had these conditions been clearly disclosed.
