Please stay away from this, it's a SCAM. I ordered a jean and it took so long for the item to get shipped. When I finally received it, it was way too big and made with cheap materials. I did contact the customer service and I keep getting the same automated email, everytime I ask for a refund they keep telling how expensive it's going to be and that it will be even more expensive than the item itself but they never tell me how much exactly or how to proceed. They offered 10% discount, then 15% but when I told them I won't wear it because it's way too big, they told me they don't refund opened package. Like what ? Do not waste your time, save your money my girls.
