HiBooking process was easy.We arrived 15 minutes earlier than the booking time as advised. Impossible to find where to do or gain access without calling to ask. Given a code to access secured area. Then waited an additional 30 minutes (total of 45 minutes) without any need to be there. No paper work, no waiver, no checking of ID documents, no safety briefing. We just sat there wondering what was happening. No update or apology for running late. Also, the times advertised online for us to book (which we did book) were unavailable so they called we had to push it back later and they were still late. The flight itself was cool. But they whole thing was a bit of a buzz kill for $300
