They suggested adding on time in Slovenia, which we hadn't thought of and it was great. The schedule, the guides and the restaurant recommendations all exceeded our expectations. They spent as much time with us in planning as we wanted, we never felt rushed or that they were too busy to answer our questions or accommodate any special requests.
