Very disappointing experience. My website ... keeps getting rejected on their platform with the claim that the site has fewer than 50 indexed pages. This is simply incorrect. I provided screenshots from Google Search Console clearly showing that more than 50 pages are indexed, and anyone can verify this using a simple Google search operator.
Despite emailing support multiple times and explaining the issue in detail, I keep receiving the exact same copy-paste response stating that the website has fewer than 50 indexed pages. It feels like no one is actually reviewing the case properly.
What makes it more frustrating is that I have already spent a significant amount of money on their platform for backlinks. Instead of investigating the problem or explaining their method for counting indexed pages, they just repeat the same response again and again.
The lack of proper support and unwillingness to look into the issue makes the service extremely disappointing. I expected much better communication and problem resolution.
