Very disappointing experience. The setup process took nearly three times longer than advertised, and the platform is full of bugs. We encountered misleading data that resulted in financial losses, and nothing worked as agreed or as advertised. On top of these issues, the company is now pressuring us by stating that if we do not pay a subscription fee, they will take legal action against us. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
