I subscribed to Adtucon’s services about a year ago with the expectation of receiving reliable and timely support. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.The overall service delivery has been consistently slow. Requests and follow-ups often take an unreasonable amount of time, and progress feels extremely delayed.The company has rebranded from Whitelistpro to Adtucon, but despite the change in name, the service experience has not improved.I requested a refund approximately one year ago due to the unresolved issues, yet the matter remains unsettled to this day.Throughout this period, I have received repeated explanations and assurances, but no concrete resolution or timeline has been provided.Given these circumstances, it is surprising to see the company still actively sponsoring industry events such as AW while long-standing customer issues remain unresolved.Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I hope the company will take responsibility for pending matters and improve its customer service and accountability moving forward.
