I had been a customer for more than 6 years. The first few years were great, but then the amount of new content gradually decreased. In the last two years, I was blocked three times without reason. Twice I was unblocked after lengthy back-and-forth chats with customer service. The third time, this "customer service" suddenly demanded video recordings of me along with my ID card.After a complicated process, I was finally able to cancel my subscription with this awful company.
