I strongly advise against using this service. Their priority seems to be charging customers rather than providing real support. I had an issue with my air conditioner under warranty, and this company was assigned to handle it. Despite that, I was charged a fee that should have been covered by the warranty. When I requested to confirm the charge with the manufacturer, the technician became aggressive and made threats. Additionally, the technicians seemed inexperienced. Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
